Year of manufacture: 1982 modernised-rebuilt in 2005
Twin shafted centre rewinder

Independent unwind with floor pick up
Maximum unwind reel diameter: 1000 mm / 800kg
Shafted with facility for 2 x 76mm and adapter for 152mm

Maximum and minimum slit widths 1380 – 38mm if further knives purchased
Differential rewind tension with ball friction shafts for 76mm cores

ELSNER V-4 300 U – AUTOMATIC REWINDER FOR CORE AND CORELESS ROLLS
Year of Manufacture: 1982.
Working width adjustable between310 – 760mm
Roll length from 0.90m – 99.99m
Maximum roll diameter: 110mm
Rolls per/min depending on roll length
Rewind is possible with or without cores
Unwind roll diameter: 1000mm core sizes 50 & 76mm

MAF RP850 – Packer roller – Roll overwrapping –film wrapping
Product in-feed to wrapper

Automatically cut and wrapped tightly around the product in the wrapping station
Then conveyed into the
MAF ST850 – shrink tunnel
The product passes through the tunnel where the film overlap is sealed
The side shrinking is done by hot air blowers mounted either side of the tunnel

The Apollo SRD 330 Slitter Rewind with Die Cutting is a robust built slitter rewind/converter that meets the increasing demands of today’s converting and label industry with many features as standard.
 
Converting speed depending upon design and substrate from 80-120m/min. 
Accurate tension control settings are achieved with independent air operated unwind and rewind tension controls.
